Everything was good apart from the mattress was uncomfortable to sleep on also the sofa bed need updating as it was not comfortable to sit on, also wifi was not good apart from that everything was good

Lovely hotel
Very nice and clean room. Staff very helpful. Very nice overall, the only downside is the location, you have to walk quite far to get to the next supermarket and the beach.

it was very dificult to have our towels in the room each day and the convertible sofa in the saloon, where our little daughter was sleeping was horrible : we put the mattress on the floor during the all week to permit her to be more confortable and the housemaid never did the bed. We went every day at the lobby to tell it but without any effect.

Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel, very nice workers. Rooms are very nice. Pools are massive. Lots of activities throughout the day around the pool for kids. Entertainment in the lobby every night. Breakfast buffet is huge. Highly recommend. Cheap taxis to the town which wait outside the hotel. Can’t beat it. Best in Tenerife south

The hotel is oriented to people abroad and guiris to expend the holidays getting drunk in the swimming pool. The restaurant had a lot of possibilities to eat but everything was with low quality. Installations are enough for leisure.

Great room! Lovely big bed. The golf view terrace with sun loungers was amazing if you wanted an alternative to pool side. Great pool area with one accessible pool via ramp. Indian restaurant located in hotel was pretty good. Unfortunately multiple balcony door locks where broken meaning the room was unsecure. This was fixed after asking at reception within a couple of hours. Not ideal as this should be checked by hotel but happy the issue was resolved. Expensive hotel shop but loads of choice within a 20 minute walk. Would stay again!

The best part was the swimming pool, the room and the breakfast buffet. However, I would improve the games room in which any of the machines worked. In addition, some of the staff were very nice but others could remember to smile and be nice to new guests

A balcony is not a terrace!
Be careful when booking a terrace room you will get a balcony and not a terrace. Terrible service and being ripped off paying more for a terrace and getting a balcony

I’ve stayed at the Gara Suite Hotel many times now it’s very convenient for the nearby golf course which we play in our visit. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was always promptly cleaned which is how we like it. Breakfast is also very nice with a selection that would meet most people’s palates.

Hotel overall was gorgeous, we just had the breakfast included which was really good.. lots of choice 😀 staff around the hotel were also really friendly, especially Kevin on the reception desk!
