"The service is top notched. The location is good . Kintesu line and mall just besides the hotel. Direct bus limousine from Kansai. 1800yen for adult and 900 yen for kids. Have been here 3 times for holidays over the past 15 years. "

"New hotel and located in the new Tokyo area. 15 minutes away from Ginza area. Will need to take a bus or Uber to Ginza area. We stayed in the corner suite room and it is bigger than we expected. Will be back if ever in Tokyo again."

"Stayed here before in 2017 and chose this hotel again for our 5 night stay in Osaka as it’s the most strategically placed hotel if you want to be near the dotonbori area. Unfortunately the room we were initially given had a strong smoky smell as if a previous occupant had been smoking in the room .
