"The staff were very polite and helpful. I arrived before check in and I was using a knee scooter because of a broken leg and when my room weas ready the porter found me by the pool to give me my key and to let me know my bags were in my room. The service was fantastic. The prices in the restaurants were Westin prices and the quality was Westin quality. I would definitely return . It was worth the cost. That part of the Hotel zone is nice and quiet with great sunrises. "

"We spent our anniversary here for a nice long kid free extended weekend and it didnt disappoint. The staff was so nice and attentive. The pools were always clean. Lots of seating around and a good mix of the party people and ones who wanted to lounge. I loved all the options for food and miss that breakfast buffet. Definitely missing it but already looking into our next trip."

"This property was very nice and friendly the only down fall was there was a LOT of children so when u wanted to relax by the pool it was hard. Maybe next time I will try and adults only. The staff were amazing the food at the resort I have to say was the BEST all inclusive food yet. Drink were great room was very nice and clean. Definitely recommend."

Food that we did eat was good, drinks that I had I didn’t like but my husband had no complaints. *Bathrooms in the suite was outdated but it did its job. *Didn’t like that you needed to make reservations ahead of time sometimes days in advance if you wanted to go to the popular restaurants on the resort. *Overall it’s a nice resort. I would stay again. 3/26-3/29"
