Some members of staff could do with being trained on how to make guests feel welcome (a simple ‘hello’ when they return after a night out, or a ‘good morning’ when they sit down for breakfast…). Quality of breakfast was a little disappointing - cheap, undercooked sausages and bacon…Overall, a nice stay though. We would return. "

The walk from the underground to the hotel was a little difficult to figure out at night, but we made it without any issues. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Also, the breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel. It’s well worth adding breakfast to your reservation. "
