Uno Hotel Thames

3.0 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (851)
"Friendly and great location with easy parking. Room was clean although a little dated, but as they seem to be renovating sure this will change. A shame lots of hotel is closed for renovations and not mentioned when booking, however the great view, clean and spacious room and ease of stay means I would happily stay again."

"Nice property! Not an abundance of seating in the bar area, but an excellent restaurant and friendly staff. Room was clean and well appointed. I like a hard bed, but it might have been a bit too much even for me. A really great stay overall!"

The Olde Bell, BW Signature Collection

3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (339)
"Would recommend upgrading room type, the entry level rooms in the single storey building have absolutely no soundproofing, and the carpets in this area are well overdue to be replaced. The historic hotel is in a lovely rural location in a riverside village with local towns nearby. The staff are very helpful and friendly."

Holiday Inn Maidenhead Windsor by IHG

4.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (673)
"The hotel is closing to guests in order to take in refugees so not such a smooth operation. Not the fault of staff who were all friendly and helpful. Full marks to Kamman who kept bar open after his shift ended for late revellers. We were attending a wedding nearby so didn’t require full facilities. Breakfast ok but very busy. "

"Arrived at the hotel 10 mins before check in time and was told we had to pay £10 or wait. The girl on the reception then explained we had not been allocated a room as the people on night shift hadn't done it. No clue why she needed to tell us this... We waited 10 mins and when we checked in the receptionist then advised us to let her know if she had left anything out when getting our room ready... It seems she gets rooms ready, serves in the bar and much more. Needless to say we didn't eat or...
