"What an amazing hotel and service! We have been to Cliveden House before - for afternoon tea, for dinner, and just to visit the grounds. But this time we decided to treat ourselves and booked a Club Room for an overnight stay, as it was our anniversary. But what an amazing surprise - we got upgraded to a Junior Suite, got a bottle of prosecco, a piece of cake and a hand-written greeting card! "Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and a good location, close to town. Breakfast was really good, with good choices. Didn’t use spa facilities. To improve, some TLC in the room. There were a few lightbulbs that were out, and the shower head could do with replacing. The heating was via a single electric radiator by the front door which meant the bathroom was very cold in the morning. I could also only reduce the temperature for up to 2 hours...
