"On arrival our booking was wrong. We had requested minimal stairs for my wife and a classic twin room. They had designated a double. We were given an upgrade to a suite. Great! but it was up a flight of stairs. In the end my wife managed them with a struggle. Problem apart this is a lovely hotel."

"Lovely hotel. We booked an overnight last minute stay for our anniversary. Breakfast and dinner included. Really pleasantly surprised & touched by anniversary romantic touches to the room on our arrival. A warm welcome on arrival. We had spa pool and sauna to ourselves. Lovely dinner but service very slow. Good breakfast. All staff friendly. "
