Staff were lovely. I arrived late and only wanted a bar type sandwich snack, but only larger full meal sandwiches were on the menu. It was do late there were no sandwiches in the ‘shop’ either. Shame. Great for T5 terminal Pod.

The place is a bit old giving the impression of not super clean, but I haven't actually notice something not being clean. It needs a couple of hooks in the bathroom for the towels - there weren't any. Also the bathtub was slippery, the non-skid stickers were practically gone. Other than these small observations, I was happy with my stay. It is easy and very convenient to get to and from using the POD, and I would stay there again next time I'm passing through London.

Nice comfy room and bed. Late book ins have to walk what seems like a mile to the room. There is no lift being one storey and if you book restaurant for dinner and/or breakfast you will have done your daily step count in a very short space of time. Pod to airport terminal is a great feature though.

This was a good spot to stay after arriving on a long haul flights and heading out the next day. The overall hotel is a bit older, there is no lift to first floor, but they have made an effort to update and modernise where possible. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was good and getting to hotel really easy using the Pods, and fun.
