"On arrival our booking was wrong. We had requested minimal stairs for my wife and a classic twin room. They had designated a double. We were given an upgrade to a suite. Great! but it was up a flight of stairs. In the end my wife managed them with a struggle. Problem apart this is a lovely hotel."

"The hotel is closing to guests in order to take in refugees so not such a smooth operation. Not the fault of staff who were all friendly and helpful.
