"Quaint hotel in the middle of renovations so no food or drinks available. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean but bathrooms small. Towels new and extra large very nice. All considered a good stay and would recommend "

The only feedback I can give is that it was unfortunately necessary to use earplugs to sleep properly due to outside noise through the (closed) window. But, outside noise is to be expected in a city like London, of course!"

"This hotel looks like it has recently been refurbished. My room faced out on to the main road, was opposite a bus depot, and the West Coast main railway line was beyond that. But in spite of this, the room was relatively quiet and was comfortable. Little details were missing, such as a shelf and towel rail in the very small on-suite shower room.
