My family of 4 adults shared one room as they offer an option with 4 double beds, which worked out great. The hotel is located right across the Umekoji station exit/entrance about a 3min walk across Umekoji park. Lawson store is right next door so easy to get snacks/food, they even have a door straight into the hotel which you access with your room key. The staff speaks fluent english and they helped us stow our luggage and gave us recommendations on things to do while we waited for checkin. The room was very clean and spacious.
