"We stayed out of necessity... the whole of Kyoto was fully booked. This really is a 'love hotel' rooms can be booked by the hour and come with A LOT of 'extras'! The staff don't have a lot of English but they tried really hard. It's about fifteen minutes walk to the nearest train station but only 5 minutes into Kyoto main station once on the train. "

"There were some stains on the bed skirt (looked like lipstick) and some dust between the sheets. But overall very clean. Front desk was availabile 24hrs and were very helpful and resourceful. Very nice and big room."

"Fushimi Ohana is a traditional Japanese house that is located in a quiet neighborhood. We LOVE the design of it. Staying there is like leading a local Japanese's life, which is quite nice.
