"Kenji-san provided exceptional service from start to finish. He greeted us and offered to store our bags as we arrived before the check-in time. When we returned he recognised us and the process to get our room was easy. We were served by Kenji-san again on our check-out and asked about our stay. Absolutely impeccable.
