This hotel is amazing. Definitely recommend! Great customer service, except food/restaurant, good location, they give you all toiletries and pjs. The place is super clean and the rooms are beautiful.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It’s very new with plenty of amenities plus a laundry machine in the room! It’s also close to Nikishi market and subway station. Staff all spoke English and were very hopeful. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

Loved my stay at this hotel. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day out. And even if you decide to stay indoors, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and relaxing (not to mention the spa!). Great hotel - highly recommend!
The hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff were wonderful, and the location could not be beat. Easy access to sights as well as local transit lines. Also walking distance to numerous restaurants, breweries, convenience stores, etc. Aesthetically, the hotel was also beautiful. Room setup was very functional. We even had a washer/dryer which was unexpected, but great since we were mid way through a two week trip.

Perfect location for visiting Kyoto. A few minutes down to the market area, where there are loads of restaurants, etc and very easy access to transport or walking to other areas. The hotel was lovely and modern, but keeping the ‘Japanese’ feel. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend. The public bath was lovely and very quiet whenever we used it, and it was very useful having a laundry room available too.
