"Eclectic hotel with 13 gorgeous rooms and a delectable restaurant. It’s opposite the imperial palace but the subway/metro is a bit of a walk. Having said that it was a short walk to ippudo and the buses to other places I was keen on like philosophers walk etc. "

"Spent four days at Gagakuan, satisfied, although unexpected cold weather even in spring. Late sakura blooming, still managed to view some. Did not follow tour, rather venture on our own. Visited places of interest but unable to cover all due to insufficient time, maybe next time would to come again. "

"The service and staff were exceptionally helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and loved that it was next door to the metro station. Also located across from the Imperial Gardens.
