"The bed and pillows were a little odd… and somehow could not be fluffed so it was difficult to sleep. But other than that, all other things were good :) there was a humidifier to help ease the breathing, washing machine and dryer were not expensive. Hotel wasn’t too far from the station and surrounding was quiet yet not alienated. "

We appreciated the helpfulness and patience of the staff member that day. She and another staff member were there at check-in at 3:00 and again they were so helpful. We would stay there again. The hotel is also so convenient due to being in walking distance to Atami Station as well as to bus and taxi hubs."
