"A traditional hotel with an abundance of old-world charm. We were so impressed by how well-maintained and clean this hotel was, as well as the warm friendly greetings we regularly received from staff who were positioned throughout the front lobby. Service and hospitality were top class. Buffet breakfast and dinner were great – a wide variety of choices were available. Family members with dietary requirements were generally able to find something that suited them and food was well-labelled....

"We had a really nice stay, the staff were extremely accomodating and helpful, despite our extremely limited Japanese! The room was clean and spacious, with many amenities provides. Beds were very comfortable, and we slept really well. We'd recommend this hotel for anyone after a more traditional experience"
