"This truly is a retreat. The entire grounds are beautiful from the point of entry, to the yurt/ room, to the dining area, and private cenote. The staff are all unbelievably warm, friendly, hospitable, and kind. This really is the best place I have ever stayed at and cant wait to stay again. We booked mayan massages and I had a private treatment with a Shaman that was life changing. Cant wait to stay again. "

"Our concierge was very helpful for our stay. Photos on platform are little deceiving, our unity was just ok with some kitchen appliances stuffed in the adjacent room. Not big deal since we were there only for sleeping. There are some details to improve like having toiletries (shampoo and soap) and getting ride of that weird smell."
