"Property is well maintained. Beds are not queen size but are full, my husband and are a bit big so that was a disappointment for us, and they are firm mattresses. The property is really close to Yal Ku Lagoon, maybe 15 minutes walking. There are 2 close restaurants and one small store nearby. "We found the property very clean and loved having the rooftop to sit out at night and watch the stars while the ocean breezes kept us cool. "Nicer than expected. Nice clean building, new comfortable spacious place with beautiful finishings, safe area. Only complaint is that we had no instructions to check in. We arrived at 8pm. Luckily a very helpful neighbor was able to contact the property manager and got us the door code to get into the place. I’d definitely recommend this place. Just make sure to get the door code before arriving. "

"Loved the quiet beach front and it’s set up. Definitely one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. We are usually always on the move when traveling but we were so content to just hang out here. We loved our morning breakfast on the balcony, snorkeling, kayaking, sunbathing and siestas in the hammocks. In the evenings we’d drive into Tulum for dinner and a little shopping. Luis was so helpful and does such a great job. We’d love to come again and bring the family."

"Took 30 minutes to find the apartment. Having to pack everything in was unreal. No water on hand to drink. Bugs and mold everywhere. Doesn’t have a private pool. No easy access to the beach. Rented for 7 days. Stayed 1 day. No refund, the property wanted the money up front. Worst place to ever rent!"

"We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again."
