"My second time here and the service was fantastic once again!"

"We didn't get the VIP amenity. Our room was super damp, smelled like mildew and the air conditioner flooded our floor two nights in a row. Also, All inclusive deals with other resorts i have been to always include dining access to all restaurants and bars on that property and even surrounding properties if owned by the same company. At Bahia Principe, the restaurants were reservation only and we were only allowed 2 reservations or of our 5 night stay and access to the other Bahia Principe properties had to be purchased at $20/ day for the remainder of your stay. Very disappointing. "

"I wanted a resort with great pools and a great beach. The pools at this resort were excellent and the lazy river is so fun. The beach has soft sand and definitely a swimmable area to float out in the waves, but then a protected area that is great for snorkeling, you get a free hour every day. The food was very good - the beat carpaccio at the fish restaurant on the beach was one of the best appetizers I have ever had, along with the fig sauce fillet at the Mediterranean restaurant. We loved the walk up crepe order options at the coffee shops, as well as the smoothie bar! And they have specialty drinks at several times of the day and at several bars- I had a fresh lime juice. Margarita once that was so delicious as well as a watermelon Mezcal cocktail. The beds were comfortable, rooms great overall. I would have like to have a bigger shower, but I didn’t spend a lot of time in the bathroom so the good things definitely outweigh that. The staff very much care about your experience. I do wish that they would make smoking stations far away from the main through fair areas, but when we were there, it was mostly European guests, who feel more comfortable with smoking, than Americans. Seeing the monkeys was amazing, although I wish they would enforce the no feeding the animals rules. We participated in several activities at the pools, although I think other all inclusive brands do more extensive scheduled activities. The night entertainment was definitely excellent "

"The food was delicious, enough restaurants to choose from, good drinks, 4 big swimming pools one is for adults only, and the ocean view from the swimming pool was the best, not a lot of beach options to walk or swim! "
