"The property was beautiful and the staff and service was amazing. The transportation was top notch. So thankful that we didn't have to walk unless we wanted to. The only thing that was a negative on the property were the animals that were coming in the outside restaurants. They were cute and all but it was a lot of them. "

"I love the location , everyone was very kind and friendly. The food was okay there wasn’t too much to choose from and the there was about 6/7 restaurants and the drinks were not as strong unless you taking shots through out the whole resorts . The bathtub when you take a shower leaks all over the floor making a whole mess i had too put all the towels on the floor, the cleaners have to come everyday to clean it up . "The place is absolute magic, and the staff are amazing! Breakfast was excellent. We loved the private pool in our suite, and how quiet it was, even though there is a beach club with a DJ just close by. Bring bug spray, and water. Rent a car to get there. "Excelente el trato de todo el staff, el servicio de primera. El lugar está hermoso, las instalaciones limpias, el desayuno riquísimo, te tratan con mucha amabilidad. Lo único es que no en todos los cuartos hay minisplit, y creo que conviene que a todos los cuartos les pongan minisplit y estaría perfecta la estancia. El WiFi no sirvió en ningún momento, también eso deberían resolver aunque es un poco entendible porque está en medio de a selva. Todo lo demás es fantástico "

"Quiet street was great with an amazing Jungle Fish House a few doors down for lunch and dinner-Order the prawns! View is great beach good with low seaweed. Snorkeling out front good also 100 yards out. Attendants nancy and maria were very helpful and attentive. Super happy with maria on first morning enlisting her husband to make calls for us to our previous resort to secure our lost watch from checkout. That resort was unresponsive to us.
