"This was our eighth time in the Mayan Riviera and we had a fantastic visit. The employees were very friendly and attentive. Everyone was always happy to help and made you feel valued. We enjoyed the a la carte dinners each night. The Tonino restaurant was our favourite. Our room was a junior deluxe room. We had booked an ocean view room here on Expedia but unfortunately when we got to the resort they had no record of it and none of our receipts or confirmations from Expedia indicated the ocean view choice. Thankfully, we didn’t pay an exorbitant amount for the ocean view option. The room itself had a couple of cracked tiles, but overall quite clean and quite spacious. Overall, we were quite happy and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"Beautiful grounds. Beautiful room and view. Service top notch. Variety in the inclusive resturaunt options. This all inclusive is on the quieter side. Things pretty much go quiet after 10pm, but we liked that for this type of trip. Highly recommend."

"We had an amazing stay at the Conrad. Well designed modern hotel. White sands and crystal clear waters. Good selection of pools. Varied dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both the Japanese and Mexican restaurants were superb. A 15% service charge is included on all food and drink although generally this is included in the stated price. Service was outstanding. We also did a bike tour round the resort, the spa and neighbouring Hilton resort which is worth doing to get a feel for the property. We had a fantastic time and would definitely consider coming back in future. "

"We like the overall vibe and ambiance. Kind of disappointed that we didn't recieve a room upgrade even though we asked for one. I've visited this hotel many times and even recommend it to family. I wasnt impressed when this fell on empty ears.... Careless response. I know word of mouth is the most effective form of advertising. "

"Beautiful grounds and sandy beach with shallow water. Very peaceful. Most if not all rooms have ocean frontage. Very obliging, cheerful staff. Food good to very good. Reservation policy at sit down restaurants a bit confusing but access worked, at least for numbers there when we were."
