"It’s a studio room that easily sleeps 4. There’s not much “hangout” space—no patio or balcony, but the location is amazing and the beach proximity was great. Wish the window that looked out in the ocean had been cleaned. It was so dirty we could really see out if it. Basically, this is a no frills place but served us well and the service by the management company was great."

"The room was nice and the maid service was amazing. But the last week we were there I stepped on glass in the pool. And it was tons of small shards. Which caused excruciating pain. We removed what we could but I just spent 4 hours having tons of pieces picked from my foot. "This is a beautiful and private property in the jungle far from the crowds and noise. Perfect for a big family or group. Everything is new with great design features—huge pool and fully stocked kitchen We must not have been paying attention when we booked as we didnt realize the cabanas were way out of town and are a private estate without any services (there is a helpful caretaker Oscar on premises) but you are on your own for all food and drink. "Having a cenote almost for ourself and included in the rental is amazing, it's also really pretty and quiet. The guardian is here 24/7 and was very nice, he tried to help us with disfonctionning lights in the pool. That's the part that was a bit disappointing, the equipments weren't of great quality and we only had cold water in the shower. But in general it's a really good place to stay if you have a car."
