"The room was comfy enough and the staff were all wonderful but the hotel is located in the middle of a restaurant/nightclub block so there’s a constant thump thump of music late into the night. Very handy for New St Station though and no shortage of places to eat. "

"The building is new and still being worked on so in the morning a bit noisy. The apartment itself was clean and tastefully furnished but very Ikea. A few problems we had was there was no TV remote so couldnt use. Bins have no bags so didnt like to put used Teabags in, no cloths to wipe surfaces and only one 3/4 roll of furniture. We did phone to tell them incase they with held some of the holding deposit but they could bot get sorted as it was around 6pm."

"What do you get for £69 quid these days? Not a lot. The staff are excellent, the bed is comfortable, and the room is tired but clean. Breakfast is served from 7 to 9, with plenty to choose from and cold. The evening meal vast choice if you like Indian but only fish or scampi as an alternative. Very limited, as a place for workers good, for those who like a choice in cuisine not good and a longer stay not good. 2 days long enough. "The stay was as usual excellent . The only unfortunate issue, which was not the hotels fault, was a couple of rather loud and obnoxious people in the bar (who were not guests) that were verbally abusive to staff , using unfortunate language. This will not colour my opinion of the hotel and staff who are wonderful. Thank you for a lovely stay and a special mention to Joseph in the bar who looked after us all evening."
