"We had a nice stay at Balgownie. We were treated to a complementary wine tasting, the grounds were very nice, the breakfast was excellent and the room (admittedly, we chose the “standard” room) was adequate. The gym was untidy, the AC didn’t work in the gym (nor did the Wi-Fi) and it’s a small gym/pool area. It’s a nice location for exploring the area."

"Room was amazing, very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest would be to provide basic breakfast items on top of tea and coffe and juice as it’s a pricey place and would just make it that bit better and more competitive with other places offering similar properties. Would also suggest listing on website that there are stairs and therefore not necessarily all abilities friendly. Not a big thing but being mobility impaired the stairs were very hard. "We had a very nice 1 bedroom house with a patio that overlooked a lily pond. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the electric fireplace and breakfast goodies left for us. It was lovely walking around the property. We had a little trouble checking in as we were traveling from the USA but we got it figured out."
