The disabled bathroom is not an accessible bathroom. The water is set to over 80 degrees, the taps are three inches wide with no spindles. "The room and bathroom were clean and spotless. Manager made a courtesy call prior to arriving with key location. Also gave me quietest room. Only 10 minute walk to Woolworths shopping complex. Only issue was I kept tripping into drain outside room in adjacent parking space."

"Reasonable price and very clean. A bit loud from noise within the premises whether it was other guests or loud appliances from downstairs at all hours. Please remove the zipties holding signs on the "Slippery when wet" signs on the railing of the staircase to enter the property. I received two very large cuts to my hands caused by the jagged edges of these zipties."

Clean and comfortable beds and the heating is good (critical for a winter stay), but the pots/pans/stovetop in the kitchen needed better cleaning and towelrails were missing in the bathroom. Finding someone at reception was tricky too, and it would be good with a mobile number was on clear display at the front desk."
