Very convenient location, quiet at night but our room was not serviced . We were just given some towels and toiletries. We asked to have the wine glasses changed when we left for dinner but this did not happen. Annoying having to reconnect to wifi very time we return to hotel

It’s a lot less fancy than it looks on the website. Room was decidedly plain. Clean and tidy but very plain. Charging even for water in the room seems a bit much for a fancy hotel brand.

Lovely boutique hotel. Small but stylish lobby with bar, small breakfast area and mood lighting. Room and bed was comfortable but pillows too soft for our liking. Fantastic location within easy walking distance to many great restaurants, bars and theatres.

Location is great. The price was right and good for that time of the week. Parking location was hard to find even though it was only a short distance away. Staff were very friendly.
