"Property was very good clean and comfortable could not fault it.Some guest r very noisy no respect for others.Street noise is loud until the early hours not much fun for light sleepers like me."

"Dissapointing, unpleasant smell and a dated interior. Good location, but very dated, raw brick interior with an unpleasant smell inside the rooms. Online pictures of the property didn't match the reality. Interior of the rooms and bathroom had a dusty/mouldy smell, not I think from any lack of cleaning but more from the old fit out and build up of dust and damp in the exposed brick mortar and old grout joints between tiling. "The Motel is clean, very comfy bed and the view is amazing, but they will need to clean up the trees around as they are hitting the building and the roof , we had a very strong winds on first night and we couldn't have much sleep due to the noise of branches hitting very hard the side wall of the building and the roof. Other then that is a great place to stay. "

"A nice motel for a short stay. Very short walking distance from the Hamilton CBD. Beds were comfortable. Great shower although a little dated definitely a great place to stay. I would stay again in the future."

"Checking in was easy. We had a balcony with a view over the water which was good. Room was clean. Communal kitchen with cooking pans etc. Pool looked clean but weather was too cold for us to use. "

"The property is very spacious for two. It is very quiet and yet close to the historic part of town. Parking and access to the property is easy. The lady who opened up for us was lovely and very helpful. We would stay there again."
