Excellent position for shopping and eateries. Positioned between both main roads - Elizabeth and Swanston Streets and close to the tram stops. Amy at reception was extremely helpful and welcoming :)

So so good. So close to absolutely everything. You have the Melbourne Central Station right underneath you, only need to walk 50m. Then you have the mall right across the road and the tram station a few minutes walk away. The rooms were large and the bathroom luxurious. Will definitely stay there again. Plus the receptionist said when construction finishes near the hotel, there’ll be a direct train to the airport
