Our toilet seat was broken, but I didn't mention it to staff as it was only one night and we were moved to that room last minute as I couldn't access the other room so I assumed that was why. I'm confident they'd have moved us or fixed it if we said something though, they were a very good hotel."

Room could do with an update, towel rail connection held together with tape, dusty in some areas, generally clean, no remote for tv but can be controlled by buttons on the side of the tv, this gives you restrictive control. "Just 1 night on this occasion but we will be returning. We wanted for nothing The room was outstsnding. Breakfast too. Self service but that meant we could have as much or little as we wanted. All in all a lovely relaxing stay"
