Beautiful hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Gorgeous decor. Upgraded to deluxe family room which included beautiful bath bombs, toiletries, robes, snacks. Could not fault any area of the hotel. It was my husbands birthday and we recieved a free room upgrade, along with some welcome mini cakes and a Happy Birthday card.
