"This property is usually great but this time around we had issues. Didn’t realize room cleaning wasn’t automatically done and wasn’t notified upon arrival. We ran out of towels and were never able to reach front desk or housekeeping by phone, it just rang and rang. Also, rooms were very warm, felt like a sauna!! "

"Breakfast in the restaurant was really good! Great water pressure in the shower. Close to the Grand Canyon Railway. Some furnishings could use upgrade in rooms."

"This property is in dire need of updates and repairs. The carpet is torn in many of the common hallways and at least three elevators are out of service. There is a tree near one of the entrances that drops a lot of leaves which got into the hallway. Every we were there so were the leaves. It is obvious that no one vacuumed. "
