AVOID - SCAM FALSE RIP OFF CHARGES ADDED I noticed my bill was higher than expected, and requested a copy of my bill after I left. When reviewing my charges saw they charged a false "late check out fee" this is despite checking out at 6am for a 8am flight!! If you live outside of America there is no way to contact them and they refuse to engage in refunding these fake and false charges. Rooms are old outdated and not kept clean. The only good thing is location is fairly central on strip.

Front desk is always very slow and there is always a long line. Wafting time to check in/out is at least half hours. If you call the customer service line, they will ask you to go to front desk. Parking is another issue. Room key is not working, so a lot of cars just stocked in from of the exit.

We upgraded to a bigger room with bathtub not realising it wasn’t a jet and had a side patio door so it was really cold Room was big and spacious and cleaners were very attentive Shame that although we gambled no longer any credit off your bill or room tax which we have had before - especially eating and extras like spa and massage charged to our room Would recommend a fountain room with queen beds over the bathtub - the rooms are nicer and quieter as not on the main side road
