The rooms are certainly dated with mold being covered up by caulking, old towel which are far from soft, and simply noisy hallways. I also don’t like the fact they force you to download an app to check in. I don’t need another app on my phone. For the money, there are much better properties which are new, clean and luxurious.

We love the MGM Grand fr convenience, location and amenities. We stayed it was seemed to be an older part of the property and it wasn’t as nice as usual and would opt out if that location in the future. But MGM is still our Vegas go to.

They really tried to penny and dime you on everything. You cannot use your refrigerator nor can you even open it. There are no extras. The rooms are smaller than most.

Expensive as the other resorts, but nothing special. Water was off in the room all day on our 3rd day. Housekeeping left dirty linen on my bed that needed to be replaced. Charged 3 times for late checkout for one day. Construction started at 8 am so no rest if you want to sleep late.
