If you want any sleep make sure you dont stay in a room anywhere close to the parking garage. Valet drivers hit panic buttons on the cars 24/7. When i complained i was told it was just random car alarms going off, and wasn't valet. I went and watched them do it. Complained again, and they didn't care. Akso housekeepers yelling to each other up and down the hallways all day was a bit much. If you need sleep, yhis isnt the place to do it

I paid a healthy upgrade premium at the property for a better room and it had a very poorly working and loud old style window heater/cooler. The staff was kind enough to move us to a different room with a modern HVAC system and refund one night’s premium, so that was good. But that room had a badly worn carpet and you could hear every word that people were saying across the connection door. Dinner at the Top of the World tower restaurant was excellent

Casino flood was good. Rooms are old though and even the supposedly newly refurbished rooms felt dated and were not clean. Rugs worn to the point that I suspect they skipped renewing those. Very bright lights outside. Got an upsell at the front desk for a room with wrap around views and it wasn't Worth the my money and felt a bit like a scam.

The room was very dirty still. The linen was dirty. They gave away my room that I paid for before I checked in. They gave an upgrade but the room was so dirty plus 4 people had to share a bed because the pull out bed was so nasty. Terrible experience for the first time.
