To start with, the hotel room and amenities nowhere matched the standard of the price we paid. The rooms were pretty average, without even a coffee maker or an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The AC didn’t work, not sure what they validate as part of housekeeping. The duct board screws were loose and it fell on my kid even without a slightest touch. Luckily my kid escaped without major injuries. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The Strat itself is great, nice casino, restaurants and great shows but it's showing wear but mostly clean. The surrounding area is nasty, sorry N.Strip. Empty abandoned storefronts etc and a considerable amount of homeless asking for $. A burned out ! old building right next door? Vegas can do better. There are many better options.

The hotel management is abusing us and still we’re struggling to claim our money back ; they told us it’s an automated check out and we left all the key inside . After we left and back to our home they start to take money from our bank illegally . We’re already sue them through our back and if it’s necessary we gonna see them in court along our 8 and 6 years old kids. Very unfortunate a hotel that never stands for its name and reputation.
