"The hotel room was sparkly clean. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel is next door to a homeless placement type business so there are lots of homeless people hanging around the parking lot. "

One complaint was that the building has 5 floors, but only one painfully slow elevator. We took the stairs down from the 5th floor. But really, 5 floors and only 1 elevator?? "
