However, the shower drain was clogged and the ice machine on the floor was out of order, This was the only reason why I did not give it a perfect 5 rating. Will that stop me from staying in this hotel when I come back? Absolutely not! I love everything else about it."

"Another wonderful stay at the Mokara! The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are wonderful, and the amenities are amazing. I love the views from the rooftop pool and the peace and quiet of the spa whirlpool and sauna. Fantastic room service food, too. The only issue with this visit was getting conflicting info from the spa staff about the different services' features and costs. Other than that, it was a perfect visit. We hope to come back soon!"
