"Room great, breakfast good and room service ok but did not get order correct and person read it back right just person in kitchen did not pay attention. Overall elect care. Wish the valet parking was included because it was a little expensive for valet and self park for price of room too. But had a great time. Oh the hot tub did not work and pool was cold so would be nice if that was advertised too . "

"We enjoyed our time at the The staff were fantastic. I am a hotel is lovely. We were never told that we would be paying an extra $35 US because it is a heritage listed hotel obviously Expedia did not explain that to us. We fully paid up before and when we went to leave, we were told that we had to pay the extra. I’m hoping that Expedia will compensate us for this."
