"An issue during my stay was the breakfast I paid for on the Hotels.com app when booking. After I’d sat down for breakfast the hostess came over to say the front desk had said I wasn’t signed up for breakfast. I showed her my receipt and went to the front desk myself to clear things up. Then, after finishing, I was given a bill for breakfast and told the front desk would remove the charge.
