"Loved the ambience of the hotel that it used to be a bank. We enjoyed the location giving us easy access to the Riverwalk and sidewalk. The staff were friendly, especially those who worked the kickback. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but the people who left the luggage strollers in the elevator and hallways need to be hit in the side of the head for their laziness. "

"I was very disappointed with my stay. I have stayed here alone through my company before with no issues and this was a trip for vacation. I am 19 and was checking in with no issues. Once the manager walked by and saw how young I looked, she tried to block my stay and said I had to be 21 to be able to check in. I mentioned I have stayed here alone twice in the past year for work and she said that was different because it was business related. I finally told her to just take my money and she agreed but only if she could charge me a bigger deposit. I will not be staying here again."
