I've been staying in La Quinta hotel for years and had the best experiences but this one has been the worse. My pullout bed had bugs on it and the shower knob would fall out when showering. I asked if they had extra blankets and they front desk said no. Dont get me started with the breakfast. First off they had no coffee at all because the machine is broken and to top it off it wasnt a wet breakfast when normally it is in La Quinta. No joke i would have slept somewhere else for cheaper and would have gotten better services. AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER STAY AT A LA QUINTA AGAIN.

The room was clean and the area was convenient but the door did not have a extra safety lock it looked like it was broken, the bathroom did not flush properly, other than that the breakfast was ok with waffles and boiled eggs muffins coffe and juice.

The floor & curtains were dirty. The sheets had hair. You can feel the springs on the beds. It smelled horrible even though it was a non-smoking room. The bathroom was all rusted and dirty. Breakfast was not provided either. They did not have milk or orange juice. Machines was broken.

This property is a much older property and should be used by experienced travelers only. The rooms were clean and the overall area was quiet especially for the location. The TV and shower worked. However, the grounds were dirty, trash cans over flowing, the staff was average upon check in. The desk clerk in the morning could not be bothered to turn away from his phone to direct the breakfast guests. The area is small and the "breakfast" is scattered. There were large rats running through the parking lot in the morning. That is not the fault of the hotel but it could be a bit scary for the less experienced traveler. The area was not well lit, the back gate to the property was open, and overall it did not feel really safe. In the morning seeing the security guard with a kevlar vest did give me some comfort but it also raised a number of issues. For me the value was not there given the other properties in the area.
