"Great place, comfy and big rooms, my only complaint is that the lobby smells so strongly of air freshener, a cheap cologne like smell that is strong and offensive. Thankfully it was limited to the lobby, but both the bar and the restaurant seemed nice and I would have liked to spend more time at both had it not smelled so strongly. "

"The stay was amazing from end to end. The bed was comfortable, the Restaurant was amazing (the Cajun pasta was tasty as was the opinion soup), the balcony was cool, everything about the stay was top notch. Thank you!"

"Awesome location. Only recommendations for the hotel is a coat of paint in room 606 the windows especially need stripped and sanded. These windows are probably older than any person in San Antonia. And they need some attention. Peeling paint is not appealing especially if you had young kids with you."

"Conveniently located. Easy access to food shopping and UT downtown area. Property was clean though the couple of kitchen cabinets plywood came off and can be dangerous if not paying attention. Other than that it was a very nice stay"

"Very spacious two bedroom condo. Spent two nights as we were going to the stars game. Amazing view from the condo and the balcony of downtown Dallas, AAC, and Trinity River. Check in instructions were very detailed and accurate. Attendant at the building was very helpful. Only issue we had was parking card to open garage did not work. Had to go inside multiple times to have attendant come out to open the gate to let us into the garage."

"This property is in a great walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. there is a grocery and coffee shop on the ground level, a Starbucks next door, and restaurants on the block! The room was very clean, great view of fireworks for NYE, laundry in your room, a balcony, no complaints at all! It was my anniversary and Kasa left us a $10 Starbucks gift card in our room which was a thoughtful touch! Also a coffee machine, cookware, and a couple snacks too! Thank you for a great stay! "

"We loved staying at Reside, the one and ONLY complaint I have is the bed was lumpy and sagged to the center of the bed. Otherwise it was a nice and quiet getaway! "

"I was thoroughly impressed with service received. From the moment I made my reservation, I encountered a seamless process that set a positive tone for my visit. The valet parking service was particularly noteworthy, especially considering the challenging weather conditions. I greatly appreciated not having to face the cold and inclement weather while parking my car. My room was impeccably clean and meeting my high expectations. Additionally, I would like to commend the front desk staff for their exemplary service during both check-in and check-out. Their professionalism and attentiveness made my experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, my stay at The Magnolia Hotel was fantastic. Thank you for providing such a delightful experience."

"The Menger Hotel I think is one of the best locations in San Antonio to stay. You have got everything you need right around the corner. It is safe and the food and entertainment never ends. Staff is friendly and is great for information. Beautiful historical Hotel. Try to stay at least 2 times a year."

"Beautiful hotel. Super clean. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was warm in January which was nice. We appreciated the safety measures including key access only to the elevators. Every single staff member greeted us or spoke kindly. We will be back. It was great being steps away from the Riverwalk. "
