"Postive. Location to 6th Street was perfect. Windows/balconies were perfect for people watching below. Spacious and equipped. Bathrooms were clean Cons: lots of wear and tear (think college student housing). Rug wasn’t vacuumed well. And lots of water damage. No dresser. And could not access the internet but in all fairness I never called about it to give them a chance to recify it. A place for adults not families. But fine for us. "
