"My stay was good. The staff was great. I do understand the hotel is older than most but the up keep of the hotel has to get better. The elevators were not all working making the wait time very long. I stood to go to my room on the 24th floor 15 mins. "

"Unfortunately our room was below the dining room. Had to complain to management as the scrapping of chairs over 3 hours every morning got to us. My complaint was death with pretty well but I had to call Expedia to get their approval for a refund. Refund was generous from Sand Rose Resort. Received the refund promptly on my card. "
