Trip was last minute and I must say this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! It’s an older hotel but has been updated and was definitely better than I was expecting! We didn’t get to make it to breakfast but maybe next time!

Super location walkable to shops, restaurants and bars downtown Fredericksburg. Nice size room with nice dressing area and roomy bathroom. Pretty lobby and beautiful heated pool and hot tub. Sectioned off outdoor relaxing areas including fire pits and a smaller pool. Guest laundry available. Breakfast provided!

Could hear EVERY voice & conversation in neighboring rooms, late into night. Toilet seat wildly loose. No handsoap. Breakfast ran out, huge lines of about 30 people at 9:30, insufficient seating indoors so no warm place to have coffee at least. Terrible experience.

Good location. I recommend they separate the waffle line from other breakfast items. The breakfast line was so long. It took us half an hour to get to the eggs . The waffle machine is the bottleneck. The property is decent and the location is excellent. The shower water pressure is amazing.
