"Great location! Enjoyed dinner at the restaurant located inside the hotel. Their coffee shop was great!"

"Had a great time. The only problem was a few stains found on the couch throw pillows. No big deal, we just set them aside and moved on. Staff was great! Room was impressive and well decorated. Water pressure leaves something to be desired, however… overall, a good spot. I would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay here as well! "

"Loved the location and access to shopping and dining. My only complaint is the bathroom needs a cleaning. Dirty tile and lots of hair and dust on the floor. "

"First Fairmont i have ever seen that failed to meet my standards. Room was not thought through - had to climb under the table to charge laptop; had to climb there again to turn off the lamp. There was no drinking water in the room despite a coffee machine. Breakfast order on door knob was not picked up. Restaurant was understaffed for breakfast (took some time to find the host) and the front desk was empty. "
