"This property was beautiful and very clean. There were many small details that were added when decorating that really added a great deal to making anyone that stays here to feel like they were getting special treatment. If I’m ever back in San Antonio I will be staying here again"

"Building is not well maintained. It is dirty. The housekeeping left open their facilities rooms so guests had to walk by them all the time. Outlets were so old and used that anything you plugged in would fall out immediately. It’s in serious need of overall updating. "

"Hotels.com booked the wrong night, so I was told I had to call Expedia to get the reservation changed to 2/17 check-in date. I could not understand 3/4 of what the lady (apparently from India) was trying to say to me. Luckily the young girl at the hotel check-in desk was extremely nice and helpful; she spoke with the India lady and 15-20 minutes later the reservation was finally changed. I then learned that the rate of $114 shown on googlemaps does not include tax, guest service fee ($28+),or...
