Dirty, there was all the trash that was swept from the floor at the entrance to the room, there was no extra blanket and when we arrived the room was not at a temperature ready for when guests arrive.

The room had cigarette stains all over and it was "non-smoking, the curtain was cut through, I could not sleep due to the cigarette smell throughout the room, sheets and towels had stains on them, room was poorly cleaned (dirt on floor)

There is a good cost/quality rate. The room door looked very old and not good condition. The included breakfast was very good with all options required for a normal breakfast. Good cable tv. Probably there is necessary to make an in-depth cleaning on the room and the equipment.

The sheets, covers, mattress, and pillows are so dirty. The floor specially under the bed is so dirty. The door lock is broken from inside. Dining room is too small and have to wait for others to finish and go out to find a place to have breakfast.

I brought my Mentally Disabled Veteran to get a good rest after we had traveled 11 hours. Then at 8:22am there was a man using a loud leaf blower right outside our room! I called and spoke to front desk he said manager was not in until next year and he could not ask worker to stop with the blower. AFTER A FULL KNEE REPLACEMENT THREE MONTHS AGO I HAD TO GO WALK TO DEONT DESK TO PLEASE STOP NOISE SO MY HUSBAND MAY KEEP RESTING. He said no.
