"I went through the "pre-check in" process on-line before my arrival, which was meant to make the check-in go faster when I arrived, but the desk asked for the same information anyway, including taking a scan of my driver's license; which I had already submitted a photo of. Why was I asked for the pre-check in information if they aren't going to look at it? The hotel required me to charge a $100 deposit when I checked in. "Great location! Right on the riverwalk. I don’t like the motion activated lights on the sides of the bed, very frustrating when one of my kids gets up in the night and the light turns on. Was hot in the room. Sheets and blankets are soft and comfortable. Staff was amazing, like above and beyond friendly. View from our room of the Alamo was awesome. "
