"The property was extremely close to public transport. Staff was super friendly and bent over backwards to help with any questions or concerns. The room w/ kitchenet was great. Water pressure was perfect. My mattress was hard and wifi was weak. It worked well on my Chromebook, but was terrible on the phone. The front stairs need railings. Slippery when it rains."

Room was average in condition at best, the laminate floor was swollen and very noisy, the smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag, meaning this created a health and safety risk. The bathroom was not very clean, dirty grout, cracked floor tile, corroded fixtures and something brown smeared on the tiles. "
