"Overall did the job, however was disappointed by the lack of a robe when this was on the room spec as well as faulty electrics as bulbs were out in the bathroom and some plug sockets did not work. For the money we paid we were very disappointed! "

"The rooms are nice and the people at this hotel are top tier. Ive been to a lot of hotels but this one went above and beyond when we needed an extra night due to unforeseen circumstances. Without asking, The concierge walked over to the computer to help us find flights when the train was down. I would definitely stay here again."
