"The public areas are lovely - the space in front of the mansion, the breakfast/restaurant room with amazing views over the lake. It has lots of history, and the lobby is typically Swedish in its effortless cool. The room was a little less impressive. For the cost it was basically two adjoining conference rooms with very little in the way of comfort, and a very small, disappointingly dated bathroom. "Great hotel in a perfect location for central Gothenburg. Staff were friendly and helpful and the bar and restaurant were buzzing at the weekend which made it a fun place to relax with a drink after a day out. We had one of their basic rooms but it was still really spacious. A bonus is that the airport bus stops just across the road from the hotel too."
